Thomas Seiffert joined CMS Hasche Sigle in Hamburg in 1973 (then: Hasche Albrecht Fischer) and became a partner in 1976. For many years, he advised medium-sized companies and family-owned businesses, among others on numerous M&A and real estate transactions, and often assisted his clients also as a member of advisory boards. He became an of counsel in October 2009.
