Tobias Braatz advises listed and unlisted companies on stock corporation and capital markets law, with a focus on preparing and supporting annual general meetings and structuring measures as well as on advising management and supervisory boards on corporate governance issues. His capital markets law practice concentrates on insider trading law and the relevant disclosure and reporting obligations. In addition to his advisory work, Tobias also represents his clients in court in avoidance actions as well as in appraisal and D&O liability proceedings under stock corporation law.
