Uta Müldner advises national and international clients on private construction law and architectural law as well as real estate law. Her work includes providing legal advice on project developments and large-scale construction projects, in particular on drafting general planner contracts, general contractor contracts and architect and engineer contracts. She also advises clients on commercial tenancy law. She represents clients in court and out-of-court proceedings. In connection with large-scale construction projects, she is entrusted with defending against and enforcing claims within the framework of claim management.
