Vanja Alexander Kovacev has been working exclusively as a lawyer in the field of insolvency and restructuring law and as an insolvency administrator for more than ten years. He is appointed by insolvency courts in Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania as an expert, insolvency administrator, trustee, and trustee in bankruptcy. He also acts as a restructuring advisor and general representative in self-administration proceedings and advises clients in insolvency proceedings and insolvency plan proceedings.
Vanja Alexander Kovacev has been a partner at CMS since 2026. Prior to that, he worked for renowned insolvency administration law firms in Hamburg and Dresden, including White & Case and Reimer Rechtsanwälte.
