Commercial disputes are often complex and require decisions to be taken which align multiple objectives. With appropriate organization and a structured approach, costs may be reduced and the position of the company improved.
Experienced practitioners from CMS will consider typical issues often faced by companies when handling disputes and will propose ways in which a company may reduce associated costs, manage risks and improve its position. The speakers will also consider precautionary measures, arbitration (including investment treaty arbitration) and third party funding.
