Antonio Fernández is a Counsel of the Dispute Resolution department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo in Barcelona. He specialises in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes both in court and arbitration, advising national and international clients in relation to the various strands of corporate law. He also has extensive experience in insolvency law and economic criminal procedure law.
