Elena Alcázar is Counsel of the Corporate / M&A department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and member of the CMS German Desk. She possesses a vast experience in commercial and contracting, corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.

Elena provides corporate advice to Spanish and foreign companies, having advised clients across various sectors including health care, retail, real estate, renewable energies, the automotive industry and insurance.
