Enrique Remón, Partner of the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration department of CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, is a Public Prosecutor on professional leave of absence and is an expert in criminal law. 

His renowned career in the field of white-collar crime has developed within the Public Prosecutor's Office, notably as Public Prosecutor of the province of Madrid and dean of the White-Collar Crime Section of the Province of Madrid Public Prosecutor's Office. In this role, he was responsible, inter alia, for the supervision and carrying out of investigations into and prosecutions of white-collar crimes, and of managing the Judicial Police assigned to this section. 

Furthermore, he previously held positions in the Technical Secretariat of the Attorney General’s Office in the provincial Public Prosecutor’s offices of Valencia and Barcelona.

In 2018 he was awarded the Cruz Distintivo Blanco from the National Police and in 2007 he was given the Cruz de Primera de Raimundo y Peñafort.
