Ignacio Zarzalejos is a Partner of the Corporate / M&A department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and securities market law, possessing a wealth of experience in stock market debuts. Moreover, he also advises listed companies on corporate governance, general shareholders' meetings and company secretary functions.

Relevant experience

Ignacio has advised sector-leading companies on a wide range of matters, including Hermes Infrastructure on the acquisition of a 74% stake in six Spanish shadow toll concessions from Grupo ACS, Macquarie Capital on the purchase of fibre optic assets from Grupo MásMóvil and Laboratorios Farmacéuticos Rovi on an ongoing basis and acting as Deputy Secretary of the company’s Board of Directors and Committees.
