Jorge Martínez is Counsel of the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, dedicated to compliance-related matters.
He specialises in the implementation and improvement of compliance management systems, as well as in the in-house prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Jorge also has extensive experience in coordinating local and cross-border internal investigations of compliance violations.
In addition, he is also experienced in criminal and civil litigation.
