Ricardo has given professional advice to the Royal Spanish Academy (Real Academia de la Lengua Española) concerning intellectual and industrial property protection for content owned by the academy. He has given advice to and represented a tech start-up company in an unfair competition dispute, claiming trade names and utility models.
