CMS advises Vueling on the launch of its own ground handling company

CMS has advised Vueling on the creation of Yellow Handling to provide front-line passenger and aircraft loading and unloading services.

The company has chosen the Airport of Valencia to launch its handling operations, including services such as passenger (check-in and boarding) and ground support (loading and unloading of baggage and fuel).

The launch of Yellow Handling is being used as a pilot project which could eventually be extended across all Spanish airports out of which Vueling operates and to other airlines belonging to the IAG group.

Involved in the project were: Pedro Ferreras, counsel CMS, Álvaro Valentín and Mar Frau, associates CMS.
