Pedro Ferreras is Partner of the Corporate / M&A department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo in Barcelona. He possesses vast experience in corporate law, contractual law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, the securities market, consumer law and e-commerce.
He regularly advises a significant number of domestic and multinational clients, including start-ups and leading technology companies, as well as large corporate groups, in the aviation and automotive sectors. Moreover, he acts as secretary or deputy secretary of the board of numerous entities, some of which are listed on the SME Secondary Market of the Barcelona Stock Exchange.
