panel canvasses the views of both multinationals and practitioners from a number of jurisdictions, both those that would consider themselves adversely affected by base erosion and profit shifting techniques and also representatives from those jurisdictions that would be considered beneficiaries of such arrangements. It will examine what approach is being taken in each jurisdiction to address the issues considered in the report.
