It is expected that Article 50, which will start the formal process of Britain leaving the EU, will be triggered in March 2017. Much discussion is currently taking place regarding a “hard” versus “soft” Brexit. Until negotiations begin, the impact for the Financial Services industry not only in the UK, but across Europe is still unknown, but what is sure is that it will be significant - particularly in the case of a “hard” Brexit.

We would like to invite you to our webinar 'Helping financial institutions deal with Brexit', which will take place on 1 December. It is designed to help financial institutions understand the next steps and prepare for the consequences of either a hard or soft Brexit.

The webinar is relevant to groups in any part of Europe or beyond. The speakers will address the key areas of potential change and risk for financial institutions. They will give a perspective from the City of London, Paris and Frankfurt.

Please do not hesitate to contact Tessa McIver, Business Developer, tessa.mciver@cmslegal.com, should you have any questions.

We hope you will join us for this event.
