The Future of European Defence: Investment, Industrial Cooperation and Strategic Autonomy
CMS is delighted to invite you to join us for an exclusive in-person event for clients and industry leaders from the aerospace and defence sector, hosted by the CMS Aerospace & Defence International Focus Group at the CMS Paris office.
At a time of significant change for the defence industrial and technological base, the sector is being shaped by evolving geopolitical priorities, increasing defence investment and growing international cooperation. The return of war to Europe, ongoing conflict in the Middle East and substantial increases in military spending, including at European Union level, are having a profound impact on businesses across the economy, extending well beyond the traditional defence and technology sectors.
Against this backdrop, the event will bring together senior industry representatives, policymakers, legal experts and CMS clients from across our international network to discuss the key developments shaping the future of the aerospace and defence sector in Europe and beyond. Through a series of expert presentations and panel discussions, we will explore the opportunities and challenges arising from this rapidly evolving landscape and provide practical insights into the legal, regulatory and commercial issues facing organisations active in the sector.
The programme will conclude with networking drinks, offering an opportunity to continue the discussion with industry peers and CMS professionals.
We look forward to welcoming you.
