General EU law, free movement of goods, services, and capital

With our highly specialised expertise in general European law, we help companies defend their commercial interests in all matters of general EU law, including proceedings involving the free movement of goods, services and/or capital principles. If necessary, we represent our clients in complaints to the EU Commission and before the Union Courts, including in infringement proceedings and preliminary ruling proceedings.

We help clients stay up to date concerning the development of EU law in all fields which are important for their business. We not only monitor those developments but also provide advice on the potential outcome of pending legislative initiatives and map the resulting opportunities and risks for clients. Wherever necessary, we stand ready to help clients make their business interests heard and defend them before the European institutions or their member states.
