ITM Entreprises, an operational structure encompassing the Intermarché, Netto, Bricomarché, Brico Cash, Roady and Poivre chains, as well as the real-estate and food segments of Groupement des Mousquetaires, pulled off three bond issues listed on the open market managed by Euronext Paris and invested with institutional investors.
BRED Banque Populaire acted as consortium leader for the bond issues of 20 December 2016, respectively amounting to 40 million euros with an interest rate of 2.13% per annum and a maturity date of 10 November 2021, and 105 million euros with an interest rate of 2.40% per annum and a maturity date of 10 November 2023.
Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Société Générale acted as consortium leaders for the bond issue of 22 December 2016, amounting to 147 million euros with an interest rate of 2.40% per annum and a maturity date of 10 November 2023.
