On 30 September 2015, Florac, held by Marie-Jeanne Meyer, a long-standing shareholder in the Louis Dreyfus Group, acquired the "fruits" branch of Conserves France, a subsidiary of the Conserve Italia Group, which includes the St. MAMET brand.
Bredin Prat advised Florac on the St Mamet acquisition.
