Guillaume specializes in insolvency law, corporate restructuring, acting both as counsel and litigation lawyer : Insolvency prevention & restructuring (whistleblowing procedures (procédures d'alerte), , negotiating with creditors (debt restructuring, standstill agreements, etc.), implementing refinancing agreements, prevention procedures: mandat ad hoc, conciliation, insolvent business restructuring and acquisitions; Insolvency procedures (sauvegarde, redressement judiciaire and liquidation judiciaire), whether on behalf of the business, creditor, purchaser or shareholders and Litigation, specifically in relation to insolvent businesses, including in the event of conflicting creditors’ rights (e.g., direct legal action), liability actions against managing officers (dirigeants), etc.

He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2010.
