CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Générale de Santé in relation to the sale by its subsidiary, Dynamis, of control of the Clinique de Bazincourt in Le Chapet, the Clinique Kerlena in Roscoff and the Clinique les Sorbiers in Jallans, all providing follow-up care and rehabilitation, to the Le Noble Age Group.
The Le Noble Age Group, founded in 1990 by Jean-Paul Siret and floated in 2006, manages health and social care facilities in France. The Le Noble Age Group now operates 50 establishments representing 4,733 beds.
With turnover of almost 2 billion euros, Générale de Santé, whose shares are listed on NYSE Euronext Paris, is the leading private hospital group in France. It owns 101 private clinics and hospitals, treating approximately 1.3 million patients each year (including 400,000 in accident and emergency).
Générale de Santé received legal and tax advice on the transaction from CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, with Arnaud Hugot and Laure Varachas for corporate aspects and Jean-Charles Benois for tax aspects.
