Vernet SA, a world leading manufacturer of themostatic devices using the wax principle, acquired all of the thermostatic activities in the sanitary and heating domain owned by Behr Thermot-tronik, a subsidiary of the German Behr Group.
For this deal, Vernet was advised on legal and tax matters by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with a team comprised of Philippe Rosenpick, Partner, Arnaud Hugot and Jean-Charles Daguin, Associates, for corporate matters and Gaëtan Berger-Picq, Partner, and Amélie Retureau, Associate for the tax aspects.

As a result of this acquistion, Vernet has become the world leading manufacturer of themostatic devices using the wax principle for the automotive, sanitary and heating sectors and also for energy-saving sectors (solar, controlled ventiliation, etc.).
