The company Cobrason is a major operator of the sale of consumer electronics products in France. Its commercial strategy of systematic discount price applied to strong-added-value products achieved a great success to a fast-expanding line of customers.
Cobrason is running three distribution networks of very complementary nature: a sale point, shop window of the trade-mark, located in Paris, hosted by a team of sellers made up of their product-oriented specialists ; a Internet site recording between 300000 and 400000 monthly visits (between 2,5 and 3,5 millions of pages viewed each month) ; and an integrated 'call centre' which runs a database of over 140000 customers. The offer comprises three ranges of products: 'image' (flat computer screens, videoscreens...), 'sound' (Hifi...), and 'other products' (camescopes, digital cameras, connectique...).
