Arnaud Donguy joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1993 and became a partner in 2010.

He practices in tax law and advises clients on corporation tax, tax consolidation, domestic and cross-border business restructuring (mergers, spin-offs, demergers), and complex overlapping tax and accounting problems of calculating taxable income. Arnaud Donguy also works with clients on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and arranging and structuring financing solutions.

He acts for a large number of clients in tax audits and any ensuing litigation.
