CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, adviser to the Lebraut family in the transfer of Etanco
The Industri Kapital fund has signed with the Lebraut family a draft agreement for the acquisition of the Etanco Group in association with Ronan Lebraut, CEO and member of the funder family as well as the management.
