The Hotel Group consisted of the Hotel Industry Group and Tikehau Capital Partners Investment Company has acquired, through the Tikotel Reuilly company, a hotel located in Paris (Bastille Le Faubourg Area) held by the Paris Reuilly Company.
This deal financed by Natixis is the second hotel acquisition advised by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for Tikehau Capital Partners.
