Dimitri Leboff joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1999 and became a partner in 2013. 

He acts for French and international corporate groups on direct taxation (day-to-day tax matters, tax consolidation, transfer pricing, research tax credit (CIR), dividend taxation, audits, etc.), mergers and acquisitions, disposals and restructuring, as well as managing and assisting on tax audits and litigation. In addition to advising corporate tax, financial and accounting departments, he provides senior managers with asset planning advice. 

Dimitri Leboff coordinates all tax issues for his French and international corporate clients (in Europe, Asia, and America), drawing on the support of the CMS organisation.
