Eurazeo pre-renewed its syndicated revolving facility of an amount of €1 billion. The new renewable facility expires in June 2019, with two extension options of one year.
The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team that accompanied the arranger banks (BNP Paribas, CA-CIB, Groupe Crédit Mutuel – CIC, Natixis and Société Générale CIB) and the lender banks was comprised of Laurent Mion, partner, and Benjamin Guilleminot.
