CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Compagnie Financière de l’Oriol in connection with the buy-out of Dole Food’s interest in the capital of the holding company of the Compagnie Fruitière group.
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Compagnie Financière de l’Oriol in connection with the negotiation and execution of an agreement under the terms of which the US group, Dole Food, retroceded its minority interest in Compagnie Financière de Participation, holding company of the group, to the majority shareholder of the Compagnie Fruitière group, on May 27, 2014.
At the end of said transaction, the family of the founder of the Compagnie Fruitière group will again hold 100% of the capital and voting rights of the latter.
