Laurent Hepp joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1992 and became a partner in 2004.
He practices in tax law and advises French and international corporate groups on all aspects of their tax affairs in France. He has a particular focus on the tax structuring of corporate transactions.
He regularly operates in private equity sector, advising investment fund on tax structuring of acquisitions, and on all aspects of taxation for funds and their unitholders.
Laurent Hepp also assists entrepreneurs, shareholders, senior executives and private clients with their personal and asset planning tax matters.
