CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises MAG IAS on the acquisition of Forest-Liné

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre is announcing today that it has advised MAG IAS (USA), the world leader in metal cutting and composites processing, on the acquisition of Forest-Liné, one of the world's major operators in the manufacture of large and high precision components, which operates sites in China, Canada and the United States.

MAG Europe GmbH, a holding company based in Göppingen, Germany which controls MAG IAS's European activities, has acquired 100% of the shares in Groupe Forest-Liné.

Jacques Isnard, a Partner at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, stated: "This transaction once again highlights our know-how and our involvement in the Franco-German dynamic, several transactions having been completed since the beginning of the year. It is also interesting for the aspects of Chinese law it involves."
