Antje Becker-Boley’s advisory practice focuses on M&A, investments and restructurings. She has special energy sector expertise and long-standing experience working with energy suppliers, manufacturers, plant operators, banks and investors on transactions and corporate law matters.
Antje also advises her clients on German and international energy projects. She is an expert for all legal issues relating to the energy industry, in particular in the context of renewable energies and electromobility, contract law as well as energy contracting.
Antje joined CMS in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. In 2003, she was seconded to Greenberg Traurig in Miami. Since 2015 she has been heading the CMS “M&A Energy“ excellence cluster.
