CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as advisor to Motor Presse Stuttgart on its sale of the whole of its stake in Motor Presse France, a company specialised in French magazines, to Reboot Média Participations, a consortium composed of Didier Quillot, Alexis Caude and Christophe Karvelis.
