Raphaël Bordier joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1996 and became a partner in 2009. 

He practices in employment, labour and pensions law. He advises French and international corporates and represents them in litigation. 

His practice covers all aspects of individual and collective employment relations and management of employment litigation. 

Raphaël Bordier is highly experienced in managing collective employment relations, collective bargaining, restructuring, and business transfers.
