Omega Trading is a group specialized in the purchase and shipping of food and non-food products in the markets of West and Central Africa. Axell is a food products trading company serving the five continents.
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team comprised Christophe Blondeau (Partner), Thomas Bortoli, Geneviève Olivier and Murielle Nya for Corporate/M&A aspects, Renaud Grob (Partner) for tax-related aspects and Céline Renault-Cossoul for employment issues.
The founders of Axell were assisted by Jean-François Obejero (Partner) and Florence Moreau of the Fidal law firm in Rennes.
