CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as legal advisor to CM-CIC Securities and CFJC Investments, the lead managers for Cofitem-Cofimur’s €50 million inaugural bond issue. Completed on 18 July 2012, the issue was taken up in full by institutional investors, enabling Cofitem-Cofimur to diversify its sources of funding.
The 5-year 4.25% bonds have a face value of €100,000 each. They are listed on NYSE Euronext Paris under ISIN FR0011287879.
The prospectus for the offering was approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 16 July 2012 (Visa No. 12-349) and is available on its website (www.amf-france.org).
