CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Phoenix Solar AGB in the sale of its holding representing 100% of CE Solaire’s equity to the German investment fund KGAL and Cryo. Bank finance was provided by HSH Nordbank.
CE Solaire operates a photovoltaic power station with a capacity of around 12 megawatts at Castellet.

Phoenix Solar AG has subsidiaries in Europe, among which is the French company Phoenix Solar SAS based at Lyons which took part in local coordination and follow up of successful completion of this project. Phoenix Solar AG also has subsidiaries in Australia, Asia and the United States and currently has employees in 13 countries.
