CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Phoenix Solar AGB in the sale of its holding representing 100% of CE Solaire’s equity to the German investment fund KGAL and Cryo. Bank finance was provided by HSH Nordbank.
CE Solaire operates a photovoltaic power station with a capacity of around 12 megawatts at Castellet.
Phoenix Solar is numbered among the leading photovoltaic system integrators in the world. The company handles planning, construction and operation of large photovoltaic power stations and is an active wholesaler specialising in full photovoltaic installations, solar panels and accessories.
Phoenix Solar AG is based at Sulzemoos in Germany where its registered office is located. Phoenix Solar AG has subsidiaries in Europe, among which is the French company Phoenix Solar SAS based at Lyons which took part in local coordination and follow up of successful completion of this project. Phoenix Solar AG also has subsidiaries in Australia, Asia and the United States and currently has employees in 13 countries.
