CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Bird& Bird advise on UK-based Just Eat’s acquisition of a 50% interest in Alloresto

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised investment fund FSI Regions (formerly Avenir Entreprises) during the negotiation and conclusion of an agreement under which the shareholders of FBA Invest, the parent company of the Alloresto Group, jointly sold a percentage of their holdings to Just Eat, advised by Bird & Bird. The agreement will result in the creation of a joint venture between Just Eat and online food delivery leader Alloresto.
