Pierre Carcelero joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2002 and became a partner in 2017.

He practices in tax law with a particular focus on corporate and corporate group taxation. His work covers tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, management of group tax, and representing clients in litigation proceedings. He also advises on property and financial taxation, acting for semi-state companies and local authorities, and on the taxation of public–private partnerships. Pierre Carcelero represents clients during tax audits and tax litigation proceedings.
