CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre announces the appointment of three new partners: Grégory Benteux, Thierry Granier and Dimitri Leboff.

Gregory Benteux, 39, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2009, as head of structured debt and finance, to strengthen and develop the firm's Banking/Finance group. He specializes in domestic and international structured finance and securitisation operations for all types of assets, helping French and foreign banks and large corporates to set up securitisation vehicles. After graduating from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Lyon (1995), he obtained a post-graduate degree (DEA) in corporate law (Université Panthéon Sorbonne 1998), before beginning his career as a lawyer at Gide Loyrette Nouel, in the Banking/Finance group (1998-2009).

Thierry Granier, 40, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2006. He specializes in international tax law, assisting private equity firms with international financing transactions and acquisitions. In 2012, he co-authored LBO (Editions Francis Lefebvre), dealing with the international taxation aspects. He also has experience in tax issues for capital markets operations.
He holds a master’s degree in corporate law from the Université de Montpellier (1997) and a tax specialisation certificate (1996). He began his career at Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats (1997-2006).

Dimitri Leboff, 40, joined the tax practice of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1999. Specializing in direct taxation, he provides tax advice and audit services to national and international groups and assists them in resolving disputes with the tax administration. A graduate of Paris II law school (1996), he holds an LLM from Cornell Law School, and is registered with the Hauts-de-Seine and New York Bar Associations (2001).

The firm now has 99 partners, and a total of 360 lawyers.
