Grégory Benteux joins CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre as Head of the Structured Finance and Debt activities within the Banking/Finance team managed by Laurent Mion and Jérôme Sutour, partners. These activities are also strenghtened by the arrival of Alexandre Bordenave, as associate.
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre is accordingly continuing the development of its Banking/Finance practice and now proposes to its clients the expertise of a team comprising three partners and nine lawyers specialised in banking and financial regulations, investment funds, derivatives, structured finance (acquisition finance, asset-based finance, real estate finance, etc.), project finance, public-private project finance, securitisation and debt restructuring. CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre’s Banking/Finance team provides its services to banking and financial institutions, large corporate groups and SMEs.
