CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre strengthens its Capital Markets team with the arrival of Nadia Aïssaoui, who spent five years at Société Générale and four years at the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), as senior advisor and Florie Poisson as junior advisor. These arrivals increase the size of the team, led by partner Marc-Etienne Sébire, to eight members.
The Capital Markets team works in close collaboration with the Banking/Finance and Corporate/M&A team in Paris, as well as other CMS offices in Europe, to offer issuers and financial institutions specialized and high value-added services in relation to the issue of debt securities, equity securities, securities giving access to capital and derivatives.
Nadia Aïssaoui, 35, worked for nearly five years in the Debt Capital Market department of Société Générale as a financial in-house lawyer. She then joined the AMF in 2011 as a senior portfolio manager, where she was responsible for monitoring the regulatory compliance of financial transactions and particularly debt securities listed on a regulated market. She holds a Master's degree in Private Law (2005) and a Master's 1 degree in Labour Law (2006) from the Université de Nantes.
Florie Poisson, 24, joins the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Capital Markets team following a six-month internship. Previously, she worked six month as a summer clerk for the Banking and Finance team of DLA Piper New Zealand and a year and as a trainee for the legal department of Amundi.
