CMS Francis Lefebvre has advised HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH on the renewal of a commercial lease with tenant Castorama covering 18,206 sq. m of retail space and 500 parking spaces located in Saint-Maximin, in the southern suburbs of Creil (60100), approximately 60 km from Paris.
The new ten-year lease builds on a longstanding relationship dating back to 2012 and reaffirms both the strategic quality of the site and its importance for one of France’s leading home improvement retailers.
The firm assisted HIH Invest Real Estate throughout the entire lease renewal process, from negotiating the indicative offer letter through to the negotiation and execution of the new commercial lease.
