Benjamin Bill joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018 as a partner.
He practices in real estate law and advises on setting up complex property projects, particularly those entailing the acquisition and disposal of property assets or companies – projects that involve French and European property portfolios spanning all kinds of managed commercial and residential assets.
He works with clients on project structuring and the formation of partnerships and joint ventures. He also advises on commercial lease agreements.
His clients include French and international institutions.
Benjamin Bill is also qualified as a Rechtsanwalt (lawyer) in Germany.
