The Lucien Barrière Group, the leader in the casino market in France and Switzerland, a key player in the luxury and professional hotel industry and recognised in the restaurants and well-being sector, has successfully completed an inaugural private placement (in the form of unlisted bonds) in two tranches for a total nominal amount of €90 million.
The Euro PP was arranged by BNP Paribas and Société Générale as Co-Arrangers and Société Générale as Coordinator.
