with the sale of its Greek subsidiary to Generali
CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats assisted AXA with the negotiation and signing of the agreement for the sale of its Greek subsidiary to Generali. This transaction is part of the simplification journey in line with the strategy adopted by AXA, which, under this agreement, is to sell its Greek subsidiary, a Property & Casualty and Life & Savings insurance operator, for €165 million.
