Benoît Gomel joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2015 and became a partner in 2023. 

He practices in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, representing clients across a range of sectors, including industry and investment funds, as well as senior executives and company founders. 

He advises industrial clients and infrastructure funds on all aspects of complex, long-term corporate projects. 

He also advises industrial groups and investment funds on establishing joint ventures.

Benoît Gomel has a successful track record in the health sector and extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional complex transactions.
