Foncière Volta, a real-estate company listed on the Euronext market in Paris, successfully achieved its first Euro PP bond issue, in two tranches issued in December 2017 and February 2018, for a total nominal amount of €21,275,000 million.
The bonds bear interest at an annual rate of 4.75 % and will mature on 28 December 2022.
The Euro PP was arranged by Banque Palatine and Octo Finances.
