Creation of Francis Lefebvre e-Compliance

Paris, 30 October 2017 – Law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Editions Francis Lefebvre and Francis Lefebvre Formation form a strategic partnership in the field of legal and tax compliance by creating Francis Lefebvre e-Compliance.

Three complementary areas of expertise at the service of corporate compliance
Compliance issues are increasingly cited as key concerns for companies, implying major financial and reputational risks.
Law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Editions Francis Lefebvre and Francis Lefebvre Formation enjoy significant prestige in the eyes of companies’ tax, financial, legal and human resources departments, as well as their advisors and tax experts. Building on their expertise in this field, the three companies have decided to team up and design an innovative legal, HR and tax compliance tool.
Francis Lefebvre e-Compliance is the result of the combination of these rare and complementary areas of expertise. This joint venture created by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Editions Francis Lefebvre and Francis Lefebvre Formation offers a comprehensive compliance assistance solution, taking advantage of the possibilities offered by digitalisation and the electronic processing of declarations, accounts and payroll, for example.

An offer encompassing several services

Francis Lefebvre e-Compliance will offer a comprehensive service combining several elements, allowing companies and their accountants to address compliance issues while enjoying dedicated support. At the heart of the solution is an application for confirming the compliance of the data supplied by the client in respect of various regulations, while identifying any points for attention.

The diagnostic provided by the application provides access to several value-added services: alerts and explanations of anomalies from the archives of Editions Francis Lefebvre, product e-learning modules by Francis Lefebvre Formation, along with personalised support provided by Editions Francis Lefebvre and law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.

Next steps
From the second half of 2018, Francis Lefebvre e-Compliance will market the first module devoted to tax regulations, followed in 2019 by other modules addressing themes including social law and business law.
This project's originality and strength lie in the complementarity of our expertise in consultancy, document and software publishing and training. The use of emerging technologies in terms of data processing and analysis will allow us to quickly develop a new generation service, promoting a preventive approach to tax, HR and legal risks, by companies and their advisors.
Renaud Lefebvre, Chairman of Editions Francis Lefebvre.

The combination of top-end advisory, publishing and training activities, under the aegis of Francis Lefebvre, will guarantee our clients effective and reliable support in the management of their tax, HR and legal risks.”
Pierre-Sébastien Thill, Chairman of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
