Devoteam, the leader in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region in information and communication technologies, has successfully completed a Euro PP private bond placement for €30,000,000 bearing interest at 3.25% p.a. (and maturing at six years) among qualified investors.
This transaction has reinforced the financial flexibility of the group and diversified its financing sources while extending the maturity of its debt under advantageous conditions.
